A terminally ill man took his own life after watching a TV show about euthanasia by Alzheimer's sufferer Sir Terry Pratchett, his heart-broken wife has revealed.

Father-of-two Thomas Anthony Hobkinson had motor neurone disease killed himself at home, an inquest heard.
