Here’s how pressure builds from the pro-deathers, in this case in Australia. Man convicted under the law of assisting in a suicide. Family calls it a “miscarriage of justice.” I call it justice served.

THE family of former teacher Merin Nielsen, the first Queensland man to be jailed for assisting in a suicide, have labelled the court's decision a "miscarriage of justice".
Nielsen, 50, was jailed for three years by Brisbane Supreme Court Justice Jean Dalton yesterday after a jury found him guilty of helping his elderly friend Frank Ward, 76, to kill himself at Clayfield on June 20, 2009. more
