UK: Dollars For Donors?

The shortage of viable donor organs continues, so the powers that be in the UK are floating the idea of financial incentives for organ donors. It's well-meaning, I suppose, but raises again the commercial nature of these things, and perhaps a slippery slope toward buying and selling organs.
